Return conditions

 

1. Return period
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days from the day you receive the goods without giving any reason and to return the goods.

2. Costs of Return
The immediate costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will cover the cost of the return shipment. Please contact us in advance by email for this purpose: info@dana-trading.com.

3. Condition of the Goods
A return is only possible if the items are in unopened, complete, and unused condition. Partially used or damaged items are excluded from the return.

4. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price via the payment method you chose.
Please note that processing can take up to 7 business days (processing the return in the warehouse and refund).
The amount of the refund depends on whether you have returned the entire order or only individual items. The refund includes the original shipping costs, provided your order was not free of shipping charges.
