Shipping conditions

1. General information

Dear customers,
Thank you very much for your order. We look forward to shipping your goods safely and quickly.
Shipping takes place after processing the order, usually within 1–3 business days.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your delivery at any time.

2. Shipping areas

We ship worldwide – with few exceptions.
Please note that certain product groups may not be shipped outside the EU (see point 7).
Delivery to Packstations is also possible within Germany.

3. Shipping methods & shipping service providers

Our shipments are reliably delivered by Deutsche Post or DHL.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order value. They will be transparently displayed to you during the ordering process.

5. Delivery times

·         Germany: approx. 1–3 business days after shipping

·         Europe: approx. 4–7 business days after shipping

·         Outside Europe: at least 2–4 weeks (depending on the destination country and local conditions)

6. Customs & taxes (for international delivery)

For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These must be paid directly by the buyer at the responsible customs office.

7. Partial deliveries

As a rule, we ship orders in full. If a partial delivery is exceptionally necessary, we will inform you immediately.

8. Delivery restrictions

Please note that we are not allowed to ship certain product groups outside the EU. This includes in particular:

·         Alcohol-containing liquids (e.g., aftershaves, perfumes)

·         Pressurized containers such as shaving foam or shaving gel in cans

9. Self-pickup

Self-pickup is unfortunately not possible, as we operate exclusively as a shipping company.
