Shipping terms

1. General information

Dear customers,
Thank you very much for your order. We look forward to shipping your goods safely and quickly.
Shipping takes place after the order has been processed, usually within 1–3 business days.
As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery at any time.

2. Shipping regions

We ship worldwide - with a few exceptions.
Please note that certain product groups may not be shipped outside the EU (see section 7).
Within Germany, delivery to Packstations is also possible.

3. Shipping methods & shipping providers

Our shipments are reliably delivered by Deutsche Post or DHL.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order value. They will be displayed transparently during the ordering process.
You can find an overview of the exact costs here:

5. Delivery times

·         Germany: approx. 1–3 business days after dispatch

·         Europe: approx. 4–7 business days after dispatch

·         USA: approx. 5–7 business days after dispatch

·         Outside Europe: at least 2–4 weeks (depending on the destination country and local conditions)

6. Customs & taxes (for international deliveries)

For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These must be paid directly by the buyer to the responsible customs office.

7. Partial deliveries

As a rule, we ship orders in full. If, in exceptional cases, a partial delivery is necessary, we will inform you immediately.

8. Shipping restrictions

Please note that we are not permitted to ship certain product groups outside the EU. These include in particular:

·         Liquids containing alcohol (e.g. aftershaves, perfumes)

·         Pressurized containers such as shaving foam or shaving gel in cans

9. Self-collection

Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible, as we operate exclusively as a shipping company.
