The Inca Inchi or Sacha Inchi oil used by Le Père Lucien is obtained by the first cold pressing of the seeds of Plukenetia Volubilis, a Peruvian millet plant cultivated using traditional farming methods.

It is also assumed to have anti-aging properties.

Inca Inchi oil won the gold medal for taste seeds at the 2004 World Edible Oils in Paris. It is also very rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E.
