Micarta has been for many years a a very popular and proven material in use for handle scales in sports- and leisure knives. Basically, Micarta a composite material made of carrier materials and synthetic resin. During production, numerous layers of the carrier material (e.g. linen) soaked in epoxy resin. After the resin is cured, it is ground into the desired shape and the beautiful drawn grain of the material. The handle scales of the new Razor model Tree Brand are made of canvas Micarta manufactured, a particularly attractive form of Micarta. Das Trägermaterial besteht aus vielen Schichten von Canvas impregnated with phenolic resin. In the finishing process, the typical, "natural" appearing linen texture reappears. 

Green Canvas Micarta not only looks good, but also offers enormous advantages in function. The material is extremely durable and guarantees a safe and secure grip even with wet hands pleasant grip feel. 

The 4/8 inch blade is made of the finest Solingen razor steel (especially edge-retentive, non-stainless) and is with the traditional Hollow grind also for professional designed for use. 

Completely handmade in the Böker Knife Manufactory in Solingen. 

Including historical blade etching and authentic Böker stamp on the blade spine.
