The large paddle
brush (so called because the brush head is very wide and resembles an oar blade
(as you may recall) is equipped with pure wild boar bristles. To also handle very dense and
to capture strong hair well, the bristles are reinforced by rounded nylon pins
reinforced. Bristles and pins are flexibly anchored in a rubber cushion.
The brush cares for
the hair through the high-quality pure wild boar bristles, which absorb the hair's natural oils
optimally distribute in the hair and thus effectively help prevent split ends. The
Nylon pins give the bristles the necessary firmness to also handle very
dense and long hair well captured. Through the anchoring of the bristles and
Pins in a flexible rubber cushion prevent the hair from being damaged by too much
can be damaged by too much force.
The brush is thus a good alternative to a pure wild boar bristle brush without nylon reinforcement, as it is equipped with very hard (and very expensive) bristles would have to be to capture the hair just as well. (Meaning: If we equip this brush without nylon pins with extra hard Himalayan bristles would have to cost about 200 EUR.)

Shiny, beautiful, and strong hair? But how?
On the scalp, next to each hair, there is a sebaceous gland that produces hair oils. This protective and nourishing substance keeps the hair elastic and healthy.
When shampooing (and this applies to all shampoos), the hair oils are removed. If the right amount is not replaced along the entire length of the hair after every daily wash, the outer hair layer separates from the hair shaft.
The result is dull and brittle hair. When the hair is completely dried out, the ends eventually split. This splitting of the hair ends is commonly called “split ends.”
Plastic brushes, wire brushes, and brushes with wooden pins glide through the hair without the hair oils sticking to them. These brushes plow through the hair like a plow through soil — the hair is pulled smooth, and due to the stiffness of the bristles, hairs that don’t want to glide smoothly through the brush are simply torn out.
Genuine wild boar bristles work differently! Only real wild boar bristles have the property of absorbing hair oils and evenly redistributing them in the hair where they are lacking.
The structure of natural bristles is almost identical to that of human hair. That’s why the hair’s natural oils are absorbed at the root by the bristles and then redistributed where they are most needed. This is usually especially at the tips of your hair. The elasticity of natural bristles also prevents individual hairs from being torn apart while brushing. The natural bristles gently separate these hairs without damaging them.
Our grandmothers still knew that 100 brush strokes a day made their hair shiny and beautiful. They brushed their hair every day with a natural bristle hairbrush — because plastic or wire brushes didn’t exist yet.
