5-row classic hairbrush made of real olive wood with 100% pure wild boar bristles.

Well suited for long, straight, and also strong hair.

5-row classic hairbrush in an elegant design. The brush body made of real olive wood is varied, making each brush individually patterned. The high-quality pure wild boar bristles (predominantly 1st cut) are perfect for short to long straight hair.

The medium-hard high-quality wild boar bristles are not hard enough for a lush lion's mane, but are well suited for long, straight, and also strong hair. The real wild boar bristles absorb excess hair oil from the scalp and distribute it to the drier parts of the hair. This prevents hair damage caused by drying out (split ends) and gives the hair a silky, well-groomed shine.

The brush body is made of solid olive wood. Thus, each brush has its unmistakable individual grain.

Made in Germany.

Shiny, beautiful, and strong hair – but how?

On the scalp, next to each hair, there is a sebaceous gland that produces hair oil. This protective and caring substance keeps the hair elastic and healthy.

When shampooing (and this basically applies to all shampoos), the hair oil is removed. If the right dose is not replaced along the entire length of the hair after every daily wash, the outer hair layer separates from the hair shaft.

The result is dull and brittle hair. If the hair is completely dried out, the hair ends eventually split. This splitting of the hair ends is commonly referred to as "split ends."

Plastic brushes, wire brushes, and brushes with wooden pins run through the hair without the hair oil sticking to them. These brushes plow through the hair like a plow through the earth – the hair is smoothed out and, due to the stiffness of the bristles, hairs that do not want to run smoothly through the brush are simply torn.

Real wild boar bristles work differently! Because only real wild boar bristles have the property of absorbing hair oil and evenly redistributing it in the hair where it is insufficient.

The structure of the natural bristle is almost identical to that of human hair. Therefore, the hair oil is absorbed at the hair root by the bristle and released again where it is urgently needed. And that is usually especially the tips of your hair. The elasticity of the natural bristle also prevents individual hairs from being torn apart while brushing. The natural bristle gently separates these hairs without damaging them.

Our grandmothers still knew that 100 brush strokes a day made their hair shiny and beautiful. They brushed their hair every day with a natural bristle hairbrush – because plastic or wire brushes did not exist yet.
