Only the rare, especially hard Himalayan wild boar bristle* was selected for the production of this special hairbrush.
Himalaya wild boar bristles are particularly strong. As a result, they grip thick and strong hair just as securely as hairbrushes artificially reinforced with plastic can.
The advantage over brushes reinforced with plastic lies in the fact that here each individual bristle bundle acts fully on the hair and scalp and the naturally horny tips of the bristles distribute the hair fat in the hair so that drying out and split ends are avoided.
In brushes reinforced with plastic, the plastic pins massage the scalp - in the Himalaya bristle hairbrush, it is the natural tips of the bristles.
Only the 1st cut is used - this means that the earlier hair root, i.e. the originally lower part of the bristle, now forms the horny upper end of each bristle bundle. This part is very similar to human skin, which ensures that the scalp is thoroughly massaged but never injured.
Brushes with Himalaya bristles are suitable for every hair type - unlike the cheaper natural hair brushes with China bristles, they are also able to penetrate and care for strong and long, even very curly hair well.
The elaborate processing of the brush body made of valuable rosewood guarantees a very long durability and the fine grain of the wood is beautifully highlighted by the careful beeswax polish.
