A safety razor with a real wood handle for less than 20 EUR?
 
It works like this: Razor head and blade are specially manufactured and sold by Gillette in India for the local market. The quality is decent, but the construction is rather simple. As a result, the price is significantly below that of products available in Europe and the USA. 

We manufacture the handles in Germany from the wood of the tamarind tree, a species cultivated in plantations for its fruit. The wood has a fine grain and is resistant to moisture, thus possessing important qualities of a hardwood, without actually being a true hardwood. 

This way, a high-quality safety razor with an appealing look can even be made very affordably by hand. 

Delivery includes one razor blade.

The razor head is 3-piece, so it is unscrewed to insert the blade.
