The short ergonomic handle ensures secure guidance of the razor blade even in "critical" areas. In the shower, the razor can be easily placed upright due to the wide base.
The well-balanced handle is made of waterproof mango wood and chrome-plated brass.
The razor included in the offer is not a razor from Gillette production. It was produced by Dr. Dittmar and is designed for use with Gillette G2 blades. A Gillette G2 razor blade is already attached.
The classic relatively narrow G2 (GII) razors equipped with two blades - the first multi-blade shaving system developed by Gillette - offer a thorough shave even in hard-to-reach areas. The blades are significantly cheaper than the newer systems and available everywhere in stores. In addition to Gillette G2 razor blades, blades from many other manufacturers also fit (see below).

In this system, the blades are slid onto the razor holder. The blades are thus rigidly connected to the razor,
in contrast to the pivoting head system.
Other manufacturers have also used this system:
almost all razor blades that are slid onto the razor are compatible.
By the way: The word "Plus" at the end of the name does not denote a different system,
but only that the razor blade has a so-called "Lubrastrip" on it,
which is supposed to improve the blade's glide properties.
