A History of Tradition

Since 1830, RICHARD JÄGER has stood for quality, consistency, and entrepreneurial change. Founded by Michael Jäger in the Thuringian Forest as a manufacturer of hairdressing and curling irons, the family business has continued to develop over generations.

Despite historical challenges and far-reaching changes, the company has always succeeded in adapting to the demands of the times. Today, the range includes toiletry and cosmetic bags, manicure items, bathroom accessories, and other high-quality products.

Under the MJK GERMANY private-label brand, RICHARD JÄGER continues to manufacture selected products by hand at its site in Germany. After almost two centuries, the company remains family-owned and is one of Germany’s longest-established companies.
