The elegant black shaving set consists of the razor, compatible with Gillette Fusion razor blades, with an ergonomically shaped handle made of solid acrylic glass, the shaving brush with a handle made of black acrylic glass, and the holder for both, also made of solid acrylic glass with high-quality chrome-plated brass connectors and the very thick fork for brush and razor handcrafted.
Acrylic glass (also known in Germany under the trade name Plexiglas (TM)) is very shatterproof and, like wood or metal, is shaped on the lathe. Unlike injection-molded plastics, Plexiglas is quite heavy and absolutely shatter- and crack-resistant.
The razor is compatible with Gillette Fusion razor blades.
The razor included in the offer is not a razor from Gillette production. It was produced by "Dr. Dittmar" and is exclusively designed for use with Gillette "Fusion" blades. A Gillette "Fusion" razor blade is already mounted.
In an elaborate process, the original blade adapters are made usable for other handles. The adjustment is done by hand using high-quality chrome-plated brass connecting parts.
The result is exceptional, modern to classic razors made from many high-quality materials with the most modern and successful shaving system of our time.
Unusual for this set is the relatively low height of the holder for brush and razor compared to most shaving sets, which gives the set a special look.
The brush is, as befits a set of this quality, equipped with the finest available Premium Silvertip Badger hair - naturally, like the entire set, handmade in Alpenrod / Westerwald and equipped with the extensive Dr. Dittmar quality guarantee.
