The MERKUR shaving towel made of piqué (350 g/m²) is excellent for wet shaving. Thanks to its textured surface, it is especially absorbent and dries quickly. It supports optimal skin care—both before and after shaving.

Pre-shave application:
Moisten the shaving towel with warm water and place it on the face for a few minutes. The warmth opens the pores, softens the beard hairs, and prepares the skin optimally for shaving. Then apply a pre-shave oil or shaving soap to improve blade glide and reduce skin irritation.

Post-shave application:
Moisten the towel again with warm water and place it on the freshly shaved skin. Then gently pat the face dry and remove any soap residue. Finally, care for the skin with an aftershave or soothing balm to moisturize and support its regeneration.
