is made of vegetable-tanned cowhide leather from Solingen. It closes
invisibly held with a magnet.

The MERKUR 23C safety razor was originally developed in the 1920s. Its original design and reliable quality make it a timeless classic: The long handle and the knob with the diamond-shaped cross knurling provide a good grip even with wet, soapy fingers. The straight foam edge of the razor head, proven for 100 years, reliably ensures a smooth shave.
