Dr. Dittmar Satinwood combs (also called Yellow Heart) are handmade and carefully polished.

The spaces in between are also carefully polished and absolutely smooth. Likewise the tip of each individual comb tooth - carefully rounded and polished so that the hair can be perfectly gripped and the scalp gently is massaged.

The wood is polished with natural beeswax - shines matte and also retains some moisture without complaint.
