The anniversary knife for our 100th anniversary with loving details:

We milled the handle scales from a 100-year-old oak beer barrel from the Bavarian traditional brewery Kapplerbräu in Altomünster.

The silver-shiny appearance of the nickel silver inserts perfectly complements the rustic wood. A special handle bowl also requires a unique and elaborate blade design. We have visually processed a "hammered" design, specially developed by us, on the knife. This gives the knife a unique surface texture on the spine and tang. For the anniversary logo on the knife, we were inspired by the Bauhaus style, which fits very well with our company's founding in the 1920s.

The company data is underlined with G&F typical diamond elements. Our personal highlight is the classic Giesen & Forsthoff logo diamond, which was introduced shortly after the company's founding.
